Getting Started

I am a Lyra Health network provider and in-network provider with several insurance carriers. Self-pay is available, and I accept HSA and FSA cards. Eligibility depends on your plan, so please check with your plan administrator if you’re unsure. *If you’re a Lyra member, you can request an appointment with me through your Lyra account.
