Life isn’t always easy, and even the strongest people sometimes need support. Anxiety, depression, major life transitions, low self-esteem, and feeling overwhelmed are common reasons people reach out, and you don’t have to work through them alone. I take a particular interest in women’s mental health, including the pressures, role changes, and expectations that so many women carry, and I welcome clients of all genders and backgrounds.
I provide thoughtful, evidence-based counseling in a warm and collaborative setting. Together, we’ll identify what’s underneath the stress and build practical tools for lasting change, so you feel more grounded, capable, and confident.
All sessions are held by secure video, so you can receive professional, confidential care from home or another private space.
