Group Support

“Your present circumstances don’t determine where you can go;
they merely determine where you start.” ~ Nido Qubein

While it’s true that each of us is unique and may have unique circumstances, none of us is alone in our struggles. One of the many benefits of group therapy is the realization that you are not alone. There are others who understand what it’s like to struggle with the same thing. This commonality facilitates connection – group members build trust and feel encouraged to turn to each other for support and feedback. Groups are led by an experienced counselor to teach healthy coping skills and facilitate connection with others.
